Complete microcement application service

If you're looking for visual continuity, a feeling of spaciousness, and practical flooring, microcement is an excellent solution. We evaluate the support, traffic, and type of use to apply a stable and well-sealed system. The goal is for you to have a beautiful, easy-to-clean floor that's built to last, without any hassle.

We take care of everything necessary to ensure the floor is done right from the start: we check the existing substrate, prepare the base, apply the microcement in layers, and perform the final sealing. We'll guide you on the most suitable finish (matte/satin, smoother or with more grip) according to your use and the type of space.

No podríamos haber elegido mejor.

I first contracted Joaquin a couple of years ago to redo poor work done by a previous contractor and he did not disappoint. Over the last few years he has microcemented my bathrooms, kitchen and exterior staircase. He is meticulous, fairly price and I trust him to always deliver a great final product. I have myself chipped or stained the microcement and he always comes back to fix it and does not charge me. A true professional I highly recommend him.

Frequently Asked Questions

1Can it be applied over an existing floor?

In many cases, yes. First we check the condition, leveling and stability of the support. If it is feasible, we avoid demolitions and accelerate the renovation.

2Is it a durable floor for everyday use?

Yes, provided the appropriate system and proper sealing are applied. We tailor the solution to traffic, usage, and environment.

3Is it easy to clean?

Very. We recommend cleaning with neutral products and simple routines to maintain the finish and protection.

4Is it compatible with radiant heating?

Usually, yes. We confirmed it during the technical visit and adjusted the process to the system's conditions.

5Can it get scratched or marked?

Like any pavement, it can suffer marks with heavy use. The important thing is the sealing and the care. Furthermore, the finish can be renewed over time without having to redo everything.

6How long does a floor construction project take?

It depends on the square meters and the support. In the valuation we give you a realistic estimate, organized by phases.

7What maintenance does it need over time?

When needed, the finish can be reapplied to restore protection and appearance. Contact us! We advise and guide you to always have an excellent surface.
